Renée Chandler

Renée Chandler, her husband and their two Siamese cats, settled in Southern California in June 1999 with gratitude and joy, as she was returning to her home country and reuniting with her children.   She previously lived in Toronto and East Lansing, MI simultaneously. This experience was culturally enriching and emphasized the importance of finding a home you love.

Renée became a licensed Realtor in June 2000.  Confident and experienced, she offers her clients the benefit of her knowledge and embraces the ability to connect with them.  She values representing Sellers, articulating the attributes of their homes, and creating a global marketing campaign.  She is easily accessible, a skilled negotiator and a strong advocate for the client.

Renée sells Real Estate in one of the most beautiful areas in Southern CA, located between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, just 9 miles inland from Malibu, in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains.   She represents Sellers and Buyers in all price ranges and sizes.  Her areas of expertise encompass the cities of Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Renée was a concert promoter for live music events, responsible for marketing, promotion, publicity, and sponsorship acquisition. She transitioned from Rock and Roll to Real Estate. Her love of music is a constant in her life, with music playing in her home, in her office, in her car, or in her head.
